“The student employees were quick and honest. Prices were also surpisingly incredibly cheap. I only paid 15 for my tube and 20 for my tire to be replaced. They also reduced the height of my seat for free. Repair time was only about 15 minutes as well. I would highly recommend going here for fixing up your bike!”
— Mack Kiatrungrit“I went there to patch a hole in my tire, and was told that the tire was worn down and would need to be replaced entirely. I was bummed that it would be a more expensive fix (and thought that they were just trying to upsell me), but the bill came out to be very low at the end. Davis, the mechanic who worked on my bike, was very courteous the took the time to tighten up the rest of the bike and grease the chain. Amazing service and low prices, would recommend!”
— Sulav Regmi (Sully)“These guys are non for-profit, they help you with everyday issues for cheap price. Be aware though, they are NOT professional bike repair shop. Their level of expertise varies with the worker, and they would rather swap with new stuff and charge for parts to "fix" your bike. TBH you shouldn't expect more than that.”
— Patrick Choe“Went to go get a tube patched. Showed them where I had ran over some thorns that were the culprits. They proceeded to break the thorns off at the tire, put a new tube (that was the wrong size) and then replace the tire with the new tube. Obviously, the new tube lasted only but a mile or so before it popped due to the thorn they left in. I arrived shortly before close but called ahead of time and then rushed me out. I didn’t even bother checking the condition of the new tube and tire until I got on my bus that I was in a hurry to catch, and by the time I got off the bus my tire was flat again. Would not recommend if you commute solely on bike, try a bike shop that doesn’t employ college students who probably don’t care much about how/if you get home. The tube replacement they charged me for was for a 28 inch tire while mine are 29 inches. See pic of Thorn as well.”
